Add annotation outlines to annotation catalog

Similar to the Largo view itself, the annotation catalog (of a label tree) could show the new annotation outlines (#119) too. But here an extra settings tab does not make sense in the sidebar. Instead, add the button to toggle the outlines to the top of the label trees sidebar.
