Support Gitea instances

The ability to create a goggle on a gitea instance and not be limited to github and gitlab.

Gitea is a self hosted open source alternative to github and gitlab.

thanks for reaching out! Is it correct that Gitea is self-hosted, hence there might not be any way to tell if a URL is pointing at Gitea or not? Do you have some example URLs we could look at?

Every gitea URL with have a git.<\domain-name>.com
