Table should not display pagination counts when there is only one page

The "page 1 of 1" should't show up here. This change (result of pagination PR) appears to have broken an end to end test which looks for an element with text "9 Mutations". It now has the pagination wording in it. One way to fix this would be to not show that language when there is only one page.
