The description here in the repository has a link to https://craig.is/writing/chrome-logger, which explains what this extension does.

Unfortunately, it's nowhere mentioned that the extension is also available for Firefox (and from my testing the Chrome extension currently doesn't work).

You can download it from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/chromelogger/.
