Manually add Myrtille without msi install

I much more prefer to add/install my ASP.NET apps manually (manually copying runtime files to a folder and converting the folder into an ASP.NET application on IIS).

Is it possible for me to get the latest Myrtille version in a ZIP file and install it manually? Please? :) If so, I am guessing I will need to specify settings like admin port and services port in a config text file? Hopefully, it is still simple to do.

Anyway, thank you so much for all your hard work in maintaining this great application!
