Describe the bug
problem in bug id, it doesn't save

How to reproduce

Go to 'https://front-qa.cerberus-testing.org/design/testcasescript/DataSet%20:%20CerberusSpecificTestCase/0021A'
Click on 'bug button'
write in 'bug id'
Click on 'edit button'
Click on 'bug button'
See error

Expected behavior
value added in bug id must remain in text type.
