possible incorrect length on binary files

When using addFile() with a text file, the file is uploaded successfully, however, if I try to upload an image binary file to my server, PHP responds with an error 3 "The uploaded file was only partially uploaded". I'm guessing the the Content-Length may be incorrect.. Have you successfully tested a binary file with addFile()?
