Improve Eigen compatibility with CUDA

[fwyzard]

• reorganise the CUDA checks, and #include <thrust/swap.h> when compiling CUDA device code
• use thrust::swap instead of std::swap in CUDA device code
• mark more functions and methods as EIGEN_DEVICE_FUNC
