Digi validation suite updated

The validation suite has been updated to have the possibility to check Digis for the outer tracker as well as inner pixel detectors. The validation modules can be configured for one type of Digi (PixelDigi/Phase2TrackerDigi) at a time. README file has been updated accordingly.
