fix typo in the gen fragment file name

thanks to Alexis, we have just realised the genFragment used for the production of Bu-->Psi' K w/ the Psi' --> J/Psi pi pi and the J/Psi --> mu mu had a totally wrong file name apologies for the inconvenience

this PR simply fixes this issue
