A new Pull Request was created by @batinkov (Atanas Batinkov) for CMSSW_7_4_X.

The roll script is modified in order to create the DQM global lock file.

It involves the following packages:

DQM/Integration

script used in online DQM playback and doesn't affect any sequences.
