A new Pull Request was created by @ktf (Giulio Eulisse) for CMSSW_7_0_X.

Misc cleanups -- Remove unneeded CalibCalorimetry/HcalStandardModules package.

This is apparently not used in the release. It does not have any python in it and it does not have any dependent packages. Bypassing signatures and zapping it.
