This issue is created out of issue #330

Expected behavior

The input boxes only accept numerical values (0-9) and a dot '.'.

Actual Behavior (please include screenshot if possible)

The input boxed also accept some special characters, when you enter the following characters: "^" and "`" and other characters after I press the diaeresis key (see here]:

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open the BlueNaaS page with any model, e.g. https://blue-naas.humanbrainproject.eu/#/model/CA1_int_cNAC_970717D_20180118154811

Optional infrastructural data (user, platform, browser, environment, ...)
