HTML MINIFY not Working!

I have configured it completely based on the official documentation but it is not working!
I'm using this package in another project and it's working there with the same configuration!!!
Is there anything that django-htmlmin is not compatible with?

It's not working! I tried for three days.

for me works only after put the middlewares in Django MIDDLEWARE = [...] not in MIDDLEWARE_CLASSES(...) that not exists in Django >= 3.2.
