If a study group owner goes to one of their Study Group Discussion tabs and clicks on "Add," the message they create will send an email to all subscribed members of the group.

This lets study group organizers communicate with group members, but this feature is woefully underused.

Wonder if we should place a button on the default sidebar or something, with text like "Send an message to the group," which would open up that "Add Discussion" popup, so that more organizers know about this feature.

Suggestions welcome.
