What is the current behavior?
Currently, codebuddies.org's CoC is on GitHub here:

And I think the only page that links to it is the About page here:
https://codebuddies.org/about
What is the expected behavior?
I think it would be better for it to have its own page on codebuddies.org. It should also have a link somewhere in the footer area.

Based on recent incidences with scammers in our Slack community, we should add some copy to the CoC stating we have a zero tolerance policy for scammers. I'm thinking somewhere after this bullet list in the CoC:
