Steps to Reproduce the bug:

  1. Change the assign permissions of a page to "Manually"
  2. Set up some Time Settings
  3. Copy the page
  4. Change the time settings of the original page
  5. Check out the time settings of copied page. These were updated, because both of pages have same PermissionDuration object.

IMHO, we should duplicate the permission duration objects when copying pages. Otherwise, we should always increment pdID when saving the PermissionDuration objects.
