Warning Message when unapproved file extension was uploaded #6818

When a user uploaded a file which extension were not permitted to upload, it doesn't properly say so in error message.

It doesn't? This is what I get when I try to upload a file with an invalid extension:

OK Confirmed with @ounziw that he didn't realized that error message will show up on mouse over.
