On 5.7.4.2, you can only have one basic workflow permissions. Even when you have multiple basic workflows, you can only set one set of permission patterns. If you tried to change the permission of one basic workflow, other basic workflow permission follows that change. |

Users can not use multiple basic workflow now, because basic workflow permission assignment class is not used.
