Description

I'm encountering an issue with the Form block on a project with multiple sites.

When the form is placed on a home page of a site other than the default one, and when I try to submit the form, it executes the submit action on the default site's home page instead of staying on the same page with a submission feedback message.

This problem only occurs when the form is used on a home page.

How to reproduce

  • Enable multisite functionality.
  • Create a new site, different from the default one (e.g., "my-default-site.test" and "my-new-site.test").
  • Place a Form block on the home page of "my-new-site-test."
  • Fill out the form and submit it.
  • The Bug: instead of executing the submit action under "my-new-site.test/submit," and getting a submission feedback, it gets executed under "my-default-site.test/submit."
