9.x

Description

I try upgraded from 8.5.15 -> 9.2.8 .

Others have happened when upgrading from 8.5.14 to 9.2.5.
It will not go away until the browser's cache is cleared.

I need when upgrading, the layout should not be off.

How to reproduce

Just upgrade from ver.8 to ver.9.
Running the clear site cache command does not resolve the issue.

Yep, sometimes you need to clear the browser cache during a large update.
