OMEMO button tooltip is wrong in private chat #2629

Describe the bug
The padlock tooltip says something like “groupchat must be non-anonymous in order to use OMEMO” despite being in a private chat.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://inverse.chat
Click on a contact
Hover on the padlock icon.

Expected behavior
The tooltip would say something relevant, like “Enable OMEMO”, or “This contact doesn’t support OMEMO”.
