I tried the patch with my G20Ci

its working and intel ME is no longer active, but TPM is also deactivated,
as i use windows 11 TPM is a requirement.

is TPM part of the intel ME?

Yes.

Generally speaking, motherboards either use the "firmware" TPM (on AMD Ryzen it's through PSP, and intel through ME), or a physical chip by another vendor like Nuvoton.
