As a user I want to see a list of pending experiments, so that I can see what is upcoming

Description

All experiments that are created, but not yet started, must be visible in a list on the homepage. It should also be clear which experiments are complete and which are incomplete.

Scope

Front end and backend.

Acceptance Criteria

The homepage shows a list of pending experiments.
For each experiment it must be clear if it is complete or incomplete.
