As a user I want to clone experiments, so that I can execute/modify an experiment again

Description

Once an experiment is started it cannot be edited anymore. It can also not be reran anymore. Therefor we want to be able to clone it, into a new pending experiment.

Scope

Acceptance Criteria

The experiment details screen should show a clone button.
Cloning an experiment should actually create a new pending complete experiment, with the data pre-filled.
