As a product owner,
I want to have an separate "Goals" menu item,
Because the target group differs from backlog validation.

Scope:

Copy the project structure under the new Goals menu item,
Rename current Dashboard menu item to Backlog .

NielsTalens added ready Frontend labels

jaspersprengers added in progress and removed ready labels
