Show experiments for bar chart data

As a user I want to see the names of the experiments when I hover over a bar in the bar chart, so that I can see which test have been concluded

Description

The homepage shows a bar/line chart with recent concluded experiment results. When the user hover(or clicks) over a bar, a balloon (or popup, or whatever) should be shown which lists al the experiments. It should also be clear in this list which experiments succeeded, and which failed.

Scope

Depends on #6 and/or #7 .

Acceptance Criteria

When hovering or selection a bar on the chart a list is shown with the experiments of that bar.
It should be clear which experiments failed, and which succeeded.
