Description - There's no escape being done before printing out the value of Title in the Main Menu page.

Steps to reproduce -
Navigate to http://localhost/croogo/admin/menus/menus/edit/3 & add the below-shared payload as the value to the Title field. Payload -Main Menu <img src=xss onerror=alert(1)>

Visit page http://localhost/croogo/admin/menus/links?menu_id=3, the payload will be triggered.
