Password encrypted seed export to SD card

A request to add a feature to export password encrypted seed to SD card.
Currently you can only export a seed in plain text or an encrypted one but tied to a specter diy device.
This can be useful in a scenario when you want to create a cold storage with the encrypted seed and be able to restore it later on any device with your password.
