icontact hasUnitNumber has range of nonNegativeInteger, but should be string #2

Unit numbers like "1A" are not handled by nonNegativeInteger range.

Should be a string or Unit Number needs a Alpah counterpart, like hasUnitSubNumber as string.

However, a string would be more flexible for non-standard unit numbers.
