I have some communication problems with the external sensors on one of the Cube Orange. When I try to connect to ICM20948 or MS5611 via external bus (SPI4), I don't get any response. But ICM20602 responds on the same bus. Periph pin (PA8) is set to low, sensor pin (PE3) is set to high.
