Animated gifs aren't moving in ImageGlass 9.0.11

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any animated .gif file in ImageGlass

Actual behavior

Animated .gif images appear as still images and don't move as expected

Images should move

This is upstream issue (MagickNET v13.7), I will report to them

Same problem for animated AVIF. The option in Menu > Image > Start / "Stop animating image" is enabled, but the animated AVIF is still.
