Overview
Add a configuration option DAGU_SIGNAL_PROPAGATION to enable signal propagation from the Dagu server/scheduler to running DAG processes.

Configuration Syntax in admin.yaml

signalHandling:
  enablePropagation: true

environment variable

DAGU_SIGNAL_PROPAGATION=1
