wavread needs a "float" data type #106

we could normally use
wavread(filename::AbstractString; subrange=:, format="double")
to read a WAV file, but somgtimes we need a "float" data type to accelarete some computations. It would be really convenient if this pkg can native support this option for users, thanks.
