Probably some Windows feature.....

I ran it in windows and did a ctrl-s in the window that popped up as it was doing stitch to suspend it so I could look at what was going on. It looks like there is a quoting problem when the stitch command is run. They used single quotes to wrap an argument and it should have been double quotes with the entire command wrapped in another set of double quotes.

I think it will take a change to hugin to get it to work on windows.

There is a new version of hugin released a couple of months ago. I used it, launched the GUI and was able to build a panorama. It didn't work not using the GUI.

sorry for reply this so late, I was having an important exam theses days.
Is the new version mean 2023? I've tried it but I still can't stitch the image. After the batch manager gui have been launched, it disapear right away. Maybe Win11 has some new features?
Still thank you for your help,
