Display in HTML #99

Because the table itself is often too wide and has many empty cells, I'm thinking that we need a more compact display, not unlike the HTML displays of vocabularies. This would not look like "code" and would only include the cells and values that are not blank. We could think of it as a nicely formatted version of the text or JSON output from the dctap-python. This came about in part because SRAP is using DCTAP as its main documentation, but it cannot be viewed under github.io, which launches a download.
