Add the Kubectl KCL plugin to Zarf Tools

I am currently working with KCL and I am facing a specific issue. I would like to be able to use the KCL plugin with kubectl to address this problem. This integration would allow me to use KCL more effectively, especially in the rendering on deployment situations that I am currently struggling with.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Given Add the kubectl kcl plugin into the zarf tools.
• When an action is taken, it is not an emergency. I plan to put some cycles towards this myself and open a PR, but I wanted to see if there was interest from others.
• Then something happens. Remove my temporary solution of the standalone binary in a zarf component, and migrate to the integrated plugin.
