Well it does seems to do something if you look at here:

[~] ➔ vimmer uninstall neocomplcache

[~] ➔ vimmer uninstall neocomplcache
The plugin neocomplcache is not installed.

First time there is no output, and second time it says it is not installed, even if it's still on the bundle path.

Can you please try again against the latest head? It should be fixed now.
