Phi, psi, theta becomes off when emitter is not co-located with animation source #384

Phi, psi, theta becomes off when emitter is not co-located with animation source. We need some math to get the right X,Y,Z and Phi, Psi, and Theta to transition between. In the example .blend file, the emitter on the flag is not rotated correctly.

…ociated functions for our new test that closes. I also refactored parseFileToLines because I was supremely bothered by its layers and layers of nested maps and filters for no good reason (that I could see).
