Feature Request: Ability to set 1 monitor background to tile and another to max/fit/stretch/etc

Feh already has the ability to tile an image for the root pixmap, and the ability to set different pixmaps for different monitors. So the ability to set one / some monitor(s) to tile an image and then set another / other monitor(s) to set an image differently comes naturally.

This feature would be useful for people with rare / unusual monitor configurations, where finding an appropriate pixmap to set is extremely difficult.
