allow joining conferences

jsxc already supports joining conferences but diaspora_jsxc does not expose this feature.

This is important when xmpp is blocked (as is the case in many campuses in India), as the only option for them is via http (80/443 ports). Conversejs.org could be used as a work around, but that is a third party service.
