@leninoc noticed there is still an internal signature for ID "691" with no formats linked to the ID in the current signature file. It appears it was linked to x-fmt/384 long ago, but was replaced with newer signatures.

Thank you for noticing this! There were 21 signatures with no links in PRONOM on further investigation, of which ID "691" was one of them. We have now gone through and either deleted or linked up all of them for the next release.
