Java bindings: Item.getRelated(Set<String> tags) does not set tags

When doing a getRelated(tags) on an item, the result is not filtered by the provided tags.

After inspecting the code I realized options.put("tags", StringUtils.join(tags, ',')); is missing from the following function: https://github.com/directededge/directed-edge-bindings/blob/master/Java/src/com/directededge/Item.java#L475
