Note that for Diva Wifi, as planned by Diva, the current code (as at 13-Dec-2018) works with the latest STABLE release of Opensim. Currently this is 0.9.0.1 and is based on .NET Framework 4.0. The latest dev master and hence the next release will be 0.9.1.0 and uses .NET Framework 4.6. I can confirm that Wifi works fine with 0.9.1.0 dev master at present so long as all prebuild[.].xml files are amended to say Framework 4_6 rather than Framework 4_0. The XML files are in each addon-modules/ folder. Watch out for the THREE .xml files in addon-modules/00Data/ all of which need to be amended.

BUT... check first if the code has been updated, especially when a new stable release of OpenSim comes out.

Note that for adding in Wifi capabilities to OpenSim you don't need the addon-modules for 02AddinExample, OnLookSupport and ProcessorTest.

I provided some notes on setting up Wifi for Windows users in case you get stuck... http://blog.inf.ed.ac.uk/atate/2018/12/12/diva-wifi/
