I was wondering if there was any howto use documentation or some notes on the role of the knowledge base in the helpdesk ecosystem as it seems to be dfferent to what I was expecting. We don't use teams as there is only 2 of us but the knowledgebase module seems to be for teams collaborating on a ticket.

Just wanted a place to park notes etc
Much like a wiki I guess.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @brucegibbins, I believe this page is what you're looking for : https://django-helpdesk.readthedocs.io/en/0.3/teams.html

This seems to be a major source of confusion, I'll try to sit down in the coming weeks and create a tutorial.

Thanks for this @Benbb96. Yes, I have read that, but it seems to be more Pinax focused and doesn't really go into more depth for the smaller team. I kind of get the gist of it but not really how to put it into practice for a small team.

Appreciate it @timthelion that would be helpful for a lot of people I think.
