Hi. On our Ticket Form display there does not appear to be any ability to edit any of the core details (submitter, description, title). Is this by design or are missing something?
We often raise tickets on behalf of the user or need to correct / clarify some of the details in the ticket description or title. Also, with our ticket workflow typically originating from email into helpdesk we may need to strip out redundant text, email signatures etc.
