Continuing discussion from #1090 :
"One thing I would like to do is simplify the header area of the ticket View. IMHO it is too bulky with a big heavy table upfront with too much padding and I spend a stack of time scrolling past it.
My initial changes were to basically have foldable sections but I must have mashed up a as it ended up breaking and again to be honest the HTML in that page is quite dense and not easily manipulated."
Either implement collapsible panels or tabs too make the table lighter.

I like Tabs myself. But that is just me. Whilst it is unfair to compare, I liked how Spiceworks seem to be able to show a lot of information in very little space. I have included an obfuscated screenshot to show what I mean. The Action Bar buttons were clean and concise without the need for Icons and the little edit pencils were not clutter. The tab area was not rendered as full bordered boxes but rather just with a single bottom border. Then finally the Activity (FollowUp) section was sorted with latest entries first. Also, the entry boxes were done in a way that they started as a single line and then grow as lines are added. Again, this kept the UI clean and crisp.
