Service Fabric React template - blank page after run

Describe the bug

I tried template project for reactjs app with service fabric.
I choose new project > Service Fabric (.NET 4.8) > Stateless (.NET Core)
Then on this window i pick ASP.NET Core with react.js

I can build this project and even deploy it on my local SF cluster. But when i run it, it shows only empty page.
It looks like the template is broken.

Expected Behavior

Show index page with react app.

Create new project with template Service Fabric - ASP.NET Core with React.js
