DecoderFromNamedEntitySequence class에서 list_of_ner_word list를 append하기 위한 아래 조건문이 문제가 있는 것 같습니다.

if prev_entity_tag != entity_tag and prev_entity_tag != "":

prev_entity_tag != entity_tag 조건으로 연속되는 같은 개체명에서 앞의 개체명을 인식하지 못하는데
예) B-LOC, B-LOC
예) B-NOH, I-NOH, B-NOH

해당 조건을 넣으신 이유가 있을까요?
