Can you forward all unlinked contacts or group information to a separate group? I want to save messages on other chat software to telegram. Currently, the bot can send all unlinked contacts or group information to users , but the chat history between the user and the bot cannot be saved permanently(Correction: The chat history between the user and the bot is permanently saved, so this function can be done or not.). I hope that the program can forward a copy to a separate group.

Send a copy of the message sent by the bot to the user to the group.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The bot does not send information to the user, but to the group.
